Caprese with Tomato and Basil Sauce

Toast the bread on both sides in a nonstick skillet with a drop of oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.  

Heat two bags of Tomato Basil Sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. 

Separately process the burrata so that it can be spooned into the dish.

Arrange the sauce on the bottom of the plate, the burrata in the center, and the cut bread to taste on the sides. 

Garnish with chia seeds and basil leaves.

200gr burrata cheese
2 slices of bread

2 sachets Basil Sauce (120gr)
q.b basil leaves

q. b salt
q.b pepper

q.b chia seeds
q.b olive oil
