Pear and peach cottage cheese with sesame crisp, broccoli and walnuts

Process cottage cheese in a bowl with a pinch of cinnamon adjust salt, pepper and add a packet of Frutteto pear and peach. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour. 
 
Clean the broccoli and hull it. In a pot with plenty of salted water cook the broccoli 10min. As soon as cooked cool in a bowl where you have put water and plenty of ice.
 
Take the ricotta compote from the refrigerator make clumps on the serving plate.
 
Garnish with walnuts, broccoli and sesame crisp.

200gr fresh ricotta cheese
1 sachet Frutteto pear peach (50gr)

100gr green broccoli
20gr walnuts

50gr sesame breadsticks
q.b cinnamon

q.b pepper
q.b salt
